Starz Studio is the brainchild of Carol Lee, a former news presenter and morning talk show host for ‘Hello On 2' on RTM. She has more than 9 years of public speaking experience, having emceed in various events, such as product launches, annual dinners, weddings, the King's birthday bash, fashion shows, beauty pageants and many others. She is also a Competent Toastmaster in Toastmasters International. Carol holds the title of Ms Malaysia Chinese International 95/96 and is Sogo's Ambassador for Year 2006/2007. Having a passion for children, Carol had 3 years of experience in teaching children, between the age of 4 and 6 in a kindergarten.

She had also emceed in The Disney Princess Pageant as well as facilitated workshops in table manners, social etiquette and art & craft for children in the Disney event for 2 years. In addition, she had been a catwalk model and talent for commercials for many years and have been organizing and choreographing kids and adult fashion shows.

Carol was personally involved in the Organ Donation Campaign in Year 2000 and 2004. The event in Year 2000 was listed in the Malaysian Book of Records for having the most pledges in a day, which was 1,585 donors. In May 2005, a fund raising event, ‘Children for Children Concert' was organized by her and 3 of her friends in which they managed to raise RM60,000 for 3 orphanage homes.
